We are strengthening our Commercial Pre-Leasing leadership team and are looking for a seasoned professional who can drive strategy, execution, and results across high-value commercial assets.
📍 Location: Goregaon East, Mumbai
🔍 Role Overview
This is a leadership position for someone with strong commercial property expertise, financial acumen, and the confidence to take strategic decisions while leading from the front.
✅ Key Requirements
-5–6+ years of experience in commercial property / commercial leasing
-Strong exposure to financial management & deal structuring
-Proven leadership experience within property / asset management
-Excellent communication & negotiation skills
-Exceptional verbal, written & presentation abilities
-High level of confidence, ownership & decision-making capability
