Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a General Manager based in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, with partial work-from-home flexibility. The General Manager will oversee daily business operations, ensure the alignment of organizational goals, and drive company performance and growth. Responsibilities include team leadership, financial management, business development, strategic planning, and collaboration with various departments to ensure operational efficiency, compliance, and client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Leadership and Management skills, including team building and effective communication
- Business Development, Strategic Planning, and Decision Making abilities
- Financial Management and Budget Planning proficiency
- Problem-Solving and Analytical Thinking skills
- Experience in Operations Management and Process Improvement
- Ability to manage hybrid teams and projects in a diverse work environment
- Previous experience in a managerial or leadership role is required
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred
- Knowledge of the construction or structural engineering industry is a plus
