About:
We are looking for a dynamic, result-driven, and hands-on General Manager – Operations & Finance to lead and streamline our plant operations while driving financial efficiency and procurement excellence. This is a leadership role that requires a strong balance of operational expertise and financial acumen. Key
Responsibilities:
1) Procurement & Vendor Management
• Lead procurement activities including sourcing, negotiation, and vendor selection
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors
• Conduct comparative analysis and negotiations for materials such as paints, rubber, and other accessories
• Drive supplier development initiatives to ensure quality and cost optimization
2) Finance & Accounts Oversight
• Supervise accounts, purchase, and new development activities
• Monitor and approve financial transactions, including: Petty cash, Inward and outward entries, Sales and purchase transactions
3) Reporting & Analysis
• Prepare, review, and present: Costing reports, Creditor and debtor analysis & Daily cash flow statements
• Provide actionable insights to support strategic decision-making
• Ensure accuracy, compliance, and timeliness in financial reporting
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance (Mandatory)
• 7–8 years of relevant experience
• Strong multi-tasking and leadership skills
• Experience in plant operations, procurement, and financial reporting
• Ability to generate reports and present insights effectively
