Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a General Manager. The General Manager will oversee daily restaurant operations, manage budgets, and implement strategies to achieve sales and profitability goals. Responsibilities include team leadership, ensuring exceptional customer service, maintaining inventory, and upholding quality and safety standards. The General Manager will also lead team development, streamline operational processes, and collaborate with leadership to drive business growth.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership, team management, and decision-making abilities
- Experience in budget management, financial planning, and performance tracking
- Proficiency in operational management, process development, and problem-solving
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to manage diverse teams and customer relationships
- Knowledge of the food and beverage industry is highly desirable
- Ability to thrive in a remote work environment and manage operations across locations
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field preferred
- Previous management experience in a culinary or restaurant setting is an advantage
