Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and strategic General Manager – Sales to lead and drive both Direct Sales and Channel Partner Sales across Delhi NCR. The role involves team leadership, revenue growth, partner network expansion, and overall sales strategy execution.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales Strategy & Leadership- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Lead, mentor, and manage sales teams across multiple locations.
- Monitor performance and drive team productivity through KPIs and targets.
- Ensure alignment of sales activities with overall business objectives.
2. Direct Sales Management- Oversee lead generation through multiple channels including digital, referrals, and site visits.
- Guide the team in client engagement, requirement analysis, and solution presentation.
- Support high-value deal closures and negotiations.
- Ensure effective CRM usage and pipeline management.
3. Channel Partner Management- Build and expand a strong network of channel partners (brokers, consultants, agents).
- Develop engagement strategies including meetings, events, and training programs.
- Monitor partner performance and drive sales through partner channels.
- Ensure smooth coordination for deal closures, documentation, and payments.
4. Business Growth & Market Insights- Identify new market opportunities and expansion strategies.
- Track competitor activity and market trends.
- Provide strategic inputs for pricing, positioning, and sales campaigns.
Desired Candidate Profile- Proven experience in real estate sales leadership roles.
- Strong experience in handling both direct and channel sales.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage large teams and high-value transactions.
- Strong network within real estate brokers and channel partners (preferred).
- Data-driven mindset with experience in CRM tools and reporting.
- Highly motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented professional.
