Role Description
The General Manager will oversee daily operations, foster a positive team environment, and ensure that client satisfaction is prioritized. Responsibilities include managing staff, developing business strategies, optimizing operational performance, and maintaining high standards in service. The candidate will also play a key role in developing sales and marketing initiatives to drive business growth. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kolhapur.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership skills including team management, decision-making, and problem-solving capabilities
- Experience in business operations, strategy development, and operational optimization
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to manage staff and engage with clients
- Knowledge of or passion for the automotive or motorcycling industry
- Sales and marketing expertise with the ability to develop and execute growth strategies
- Adaptability to a fast-paced, customer-centric environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
- Prior managerial or leadership experience in retail, automotive, or a related industry is a strong advantage
