Role Description
We are seeking a General Manager for a full-time, on-site role located in the Greater Kailash-1. New Delhi. The General Manager will oversee day-to-day operations, manage cross-functional teams, and ensure the successful implementation of business strategies. The role involves driving organizational growth, optimizing operational efficiency, managing budgets, and fostering team collaboration to meet company goals. The General Manager will also play a key role in strategic planning, and ensuring compliance across all business functions.
Qualifications
- Leadership and management skills, including team building, decision-making, and problem-solving.
- Operational and financial acumen, with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and performance monitoring
- Strategic planning and business development experience.
- Knowledge of the personal care or skincare product industry and market trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder management.
- Ability to work on-site.
- Bachelor’s or Master's degree with atleast 3 to 5 years of experience in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Proven experience in a senior leadership role, preferably in the personal care or consumer goods industry.
