As we continue to scale and expand our presence across domestic and international markets, we are looking for a dynamic and experienced General Manager to lead operational excellence and drive strategic growth.
Role Overview
The General Manager will lead end to end plant operations with strong control over production, utilities, compliance, and cost efficiency. The candidate must have hands on knowledge of textile processing infrastructure including ETP, RO systems, ZLD operations, and boiler management.
This is a leadership role requiring both technical depth and execution discipline.
Key Responsibilities
• Oversee knitting, dyeing, finishing, and utility operations
• Ensure smooth functioning of ETP, RO, ZLD systems and environmental compliance
• Monitor and optimize boiler performance, fuel efficiency, and steam management
• Maintain TNPCB and statutory compliance standards
• Drive production efficiency and reduce reprocessing and wastage
• Strengthen quality systems aligned with brand requirements
• Control operational costs including power, water, chemicals, and fuel
• Lead cross functional teams and develop second line leadership
Qualifications and Experience
• 12 to 20 years experience in knitted fabric dyeing and processing industry
• Strong practical exposure to ETP, RO, ZLD, and boiler operations is mandatory
• Deep understanding of water management, chemical dosing, effluent treatment processes
• Knowledge of environmental regulations and compliance documentation
• Proven experience handling large volume programs
• Textile Technology or Engineering background preferred
• Strong leadership and decision making capability
