Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Associate role located in Bina. The Associate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, performing equipment inspections, ensuring safety compliance, and assisting in the maintenance and optimization of power generation systems. Additional responsibilities include coordinating with team members for troubleshooting, preparing reports, and contributing to the overall efficiency of the plant.
Qualifications
MBA
- Technical skills: Basic knowledge of hydro-electric, nuclear, and solar power systems and operational practices
- Analytical skills: Problem-solving abilities for troubleshooting issues and creating detailed reports
- Soft skills: Strong communication, teamwork, and collaboration abilities
- Safety awareness: Familiarity with safety protocols in power plant operations
- Preferred qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field; prior experience in power generation or energy management is a plus
