💼 Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 + Food & Accommodation Allowance
📌 Experience Required: 3–5+ Years in Hospitality Operations
We are looking for a strong, disciplined, and operations-focused General Manager to oversee the day-to-day functioning of our boutique heritage hospitality properties in Jodhpur.
This role is ideal for someone who has worked with reputed hospitality brands and understands how to manage staff, maintain operational discipline, improve guest experience, and ensure smooth coordination across multiple properties.
We are not looking for a desk manager — we are looking for someone who can lead from the front, maintain control over operations, assign responsibilities efficiently, and ensure that every department functions professionally.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee operations across all 3 boutique properties
- Staff hiring, training, supervision, and discipline management
- Daily coordination with housekeeping, front office, kitchen, maintenance, and service teams
- Duty allocation and shift management for all departments
- Ensure smooth guest experience and operational efficiency
- Handle maintenance follow-ups and property upkeep
- Maintain service standards and staff accountability
- Vendor coordination and inventory supervision
- Monitor staff performance and operational reporting
- Ensure SOP implementation and operational consistency
- Coordinate with ownership regarding operations and performance updates
What We’re Looking For
- Strong command over hotel staff and team management
- Ability to handle multiple properties simultaneously
- Prior experience with reputed hotel brands or hospitality groups
- Disciplined, professional, and operationally strong personality
- Problem-solving mindset with leadership qualities
- Ability to maintain operational control under pressure
- Experience in boutique hotels / heritage hospitality preferred
- Good communication and guest-handling skills
