Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site General Manager position based in Pune Division. The General Manager will oversee daily operations, develop and implement strategic initiatives, manage budgets, and ensure that company goals are achieved. The role also involves leading teams, improving operational efficiency, building client relationships, and driving business growth. Additional duties include monitoring performance metrics, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, and fostering an innovative workplace culture.
