Role Description
We are looking for a General Manager to oversee the overall operations of Hotel Yagya in Badrinath. The role involves managing day-to-day hotel activities, leading the team, ensuring smooth guest experiences, and maintaining service standards during the Char Dham season.
Responsibilities
• Oversee daily hotel operations and staff coordination
• Ensure a smooth and comfortable experience for guests
• Manage front office, housekeeping, kitchen and service teams
• Handle guest concerns and maintain service standards
• Monitor basic reports, inventory and operational needs
• Coordinate with ownership for planning and improvements
Qualifications
• Degree in Hotel Management required
• 3+ years of experience with a reputed hotel group
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and team management ability
• Comfortable working in a seasonal mountain destination
