Role Description
We are seeking a full-time General Manager to oversee and optimize all operational activities at our on-site facility located in Delhi, India. The General Manager will be responsible for managing cross-departmental coordination, implementing strategic plans, ensuring production efficiency, and maintaining adherence to industry standards. Additionally, the role involves policy development, performance monitoring, and fostering a positive workplace culture to achieve organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills
- Expertise in operations management, production oversight, and process optimization
- Experience in vendor relations, procurement, and supply chain management
- Financial acumen, including budgeting, cost control, and revenue forecasting
- Effective communication and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of manufacturing or paper production industry is a plus
- Proficiency in relevant business management software tools
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field; MBA is an advantage
