PULS Group is a global leader in DIN rail power supplies, field power supplies, and industrial power technology — expanding its India footprint through a phased plan from warehouse operations in Chennai to a full manufacturing facility in Hosur, Tamil Nadu.
PULS operates across 25+ countries with decades of engineering precision and global operational standards — this is not a maintenance role, you are building PULS India from zero.

What You'll Do
- Lead planning and execution of PULS India's warehouse setup and future manufacturing facility in Hosur — including site selection, facility design, construction coordination, and equipment procurement
- Own full P&L, budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and profitability targets for Indian operations
- Recruit key leadership and functional roles — establish HR practices, performance frameworks, and organizational development processes
- Develop operational processes, quality systems, safety practices, and metrics for a smooth transition from setup to full-scale electronics manufacturing production
- Define and execute short and long-term India strategies covering growth, operations, profitability, compliance, and organizational development
- Build strong relationships with government officials, industry partners, customers, suppliers, and global PULS headquarters stakeholders
- Lead an organization of 100+ people — develop leaders, manage change, delegate effectively, and retain senior talent
What We're Looking For
- 15+ years of relevant experience in senior management with at least 5 years in an India leadership role
- Strong operations management background in electronics manufacturing — production processes, quality control, engineering, and manufacturing or distribution effectiveness
- Proven track record managing business units with full P&L responsibility, operational budgets, strategic execution, and measurable business results
- Experience in international or multicultural working environments — exposure to German companies or PCBA operations is a strong advantage
- Demonstrated ability to lead organizations of 100+ people in a greenfield or high-growth environment
- University degree in management, electronics, engineering, or related discipline — MBA preferred
- Resident Indian with excellent written and verbal English communication
- Country Manager, General Manager, Managing Director, VP Operations, Head of Manufacturing, or Plant Head with equivalent experience are welcome to apply
