Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Pune for a General Manager at Ethiqual Global Pvt. Ltd. Responsibilities include building strong client relationships, driving business growth, evaluating operational results, and ensuring compliance with organizational and client-specific goals and policies.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership, strategic planning, and people management skills
• Operations management experience, including the ability to oversee daily functions and process improvements
• Client relationship management and communication skills
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical skills
• Experience in budget management, financial planning, and resource allocation
• Ability to align operations with organizational goals and maintain quality standards
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus
• Prior experience in facility management or a related industry is highly desirable
