Role Description
The General Manager will oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring the efficient functioning of the company's manufacturing, supply chain, and quality control processes. Responsibilities include managing teams, driving operational efficiency, optimizing costs, and maintaining high product quality. The role requires close collaboration with various departments, strategic planning, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Pune.
Qualifications
- Leadership and Team Management skills to lead cross-functional teams and drive organizational goals
- Operational Management and Strategic Planning skills, ensuring operational efficiency and growth
- Experience in Quality Control, Supply Chain Management, and Process Optimization
- Strong problem-solving skills and decision-making capabilities
- Proficiency in written and verbal communication, and stakeholder management
- Prior experience in sheet metal component manufacturing or related industries is highly desirable
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Engineering, Business Management, or a related field
- Proven track record in driving process improvements and achieving organizational goals
