Role Description
As a General Manager at DigitalBuzz, you will oversee day-to-day sales and operations, ensuring that objectives are met and business growth targets are achieved. You will manage teams, create strategic plans, and align marketing efforts with overall business goals. Responsibilities include coordinating with clients, monitoring project progress, facilitating leadership meetings, and managing budgets to ensure operational efficiency. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida.
Qualifications
- Leadership, Decision-Making, and Team Management skills
- Proficiency in Strategic Planning, Project Management, and Operational Oversight
- Experience with Digital Marketing and Social Media Campaigns
- Knowledge of Real Estate Marketing or related industries is a plus
- Strong Communication, Negotiation, and Client Relationship Management skills
- Analytical and Financial Acumen to manage budgets and evaluate performance metrics
- Proven track record in achieving revenue targets and driving business growth
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
