We are partnering with a well-established and growing healthcare group to identify a General Manager – Healthcare to lead and scale a multi-unit healthcare division.
The Role
This is a senior leadership position with end-to-end P&L responsibility across hospitals, clinics, and allied healthcare services. The role focuses on driving growth, operational excellence, and high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities
Drive overall business performance, growth, and profitability
Lead multi-location healthcare operations with strong governance
Strengthen clinical quality, patient experience, and service standards
Lead expansion, modernization, and digital transformation initiatives
Ensure compliance with NABH and applicable regulatory standards
Build, mentor, and lead high-performing teams
Collaborate with senior leadership on long-term strategy and execution
Candidate Profile
MBA / MHA or equivalent qualification
Significant experience in healthcare operations and leadership roles
Proven ability to manage large, multi-unit healthcare environments
Strong track record in driving growth, efficiency, and transformation
Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills
Ability to work in a dynamic and evolving environment
Compensation
Up to ₹30 LPA, based on experience and fit
