Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a General Manager located in Bengaluru. The General Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily restaurant operations, ensuring high standards of food quality, service, and hygiene. The role includes managing staff, handling customer service concerns, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, optimizing operational efficiency, and achieving business performance goals. The General Manager will also oversee inventory management, supplier relationships, and cost-control measures.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience in supervising and motivating staff
- Proven expertise in customer service and ability to maintain high standards for guest satisfaction
- Experience in operations management, including scheduling, budgeting, and process improvement
- Proficiency in inventory management and cost-control practices
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations and standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in business management, hospitality, or a related field is a plus
