Role Description
As General Manager at Bhumiik, you will oversee day-to-day operations of the company, driving strategic growth and ensuring operational efficiency. Responsibilities include managing product development, supervising marketing strategies, overseeing supply chain logistics, and leading cross-functional teams. The role also involves implementing sustainable practices, fostering partnerships, and ensuring high-quality standards are met across all business facets. This is a full-time, on-site position located in Delhi, India, requiring active leadership to guide Bhumiik’s growth trajectory.
Qualifications
- Experience in management, strategic planning, and leadership roles
- Knowledge of supply chain management, operations, and logistics
- Proficiency in sales, marketing, and business development within the FMCG sector
- Strong communication, team management, and decision-making skills
- Familiarity with sustainable agriculture practices and rural development is a plus
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
- Proven ability to manage budgets, analyze business metrics, and achieve targets
- Experience in scaling businesses and expanding into new markets is highly desirable
