Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a General Manager based in Jeypore. The General Manager will oversee daily operations, manage staff, and develop strategies to improve performance and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include overseeing inventory, liaising with suppliers, ensuring the efficient execution of automotive services, and driving growth through business development initiatives. The role also encompasses building and maintaining strong customer relationships, ensuring operational compliance, and achieving sales and service targets.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership and team management skills to oversee operations and motivate staff
- Experience in business development, strategic planning, and customer relationship management
- Proficiency in inventory management and vendor negotiations
- Understanding of automotive services such as wheel alignment, wheel balancing, AC maintenance, and related offerings
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities
- Proven track record in achieving sales and operational goals
- Ability to work on-site in Jeypore
- Prior experience in automotive services or a similar industry is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or a related field is preferred
