About the Role
Aroh – Giving Hope is seeking a highly experienced and purpose-driven *General Manager* to join our team. The selected candidate will play a key leadership role in driving organizational growth, managing operations, and strengthening our impact in supporting children battling cancer and their families.
Location: Kochi (Candidates based in Kochi are preferred)
Primary Responsibilities
• Lead and oversee key functions including Administration, HR, Accounts, Operations, and Fundraising.
• Manage and streamline pan-India operations effectively.
• Collaborate closely with and report to the Board of Directors.
• Drive organizational growth, operational efficiency, and overall impact.
• Lead and manage cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of programs and initiatives.
Qualifications & Skills
• 20+ years of experience in Administration, HR, CSR, or related domains.
• Strong leadership experience with the ability to manage multi-functional teams.
• Proven experience in handling operations at a senior level.
• Passion for working in the social impact / non-profit sector.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills.
• Strong organizational and strategic planning abilities.
