We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented General Manager to oversee and manage overall business operations. The candidate will be responsible for driving operational efficiency, managing production, building systems & SOPs, and ensuring excellent customer experience.
This role requires a strong leader who can take complete ownership of the business and scale operations effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Business Operations & Management
Oversee day-to-day business operations and ensure smooth functioning
Take full ownership of operational performance and business growth
Monitor productivity, efficiency, and cost optimization
2. Production & Supply Chain Management
Manage production planning and control
Ensure timely delivery of products with quality standards
Optimize inventory, procurement, and logistics processes.
3. Financial Oversight
Manage budgets, costing, and profitability
Monitor cash flow, expenses, and financial performance
Work closely with accounts team for financial planning and control
4. SOP & System Development
Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
Build scalable systems and processes for long-term growth
Ensure process discipline across departments
5. Customer Experience Management
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
Handle key client relationships and escalations
Improve service quality and customer retention
6. Team Leadership
Lead, train, and manage cross-functional teams
Set KPIs and track team performance
Build a strong, accountable work culture
Required Skills & Qualifications:
MBA in Operations / Finance / Business Management
Strong knowledge of operations, finance, and process management
Experience in manufacturing / FMCG / hygiene products (preferred)
Excellent leadership and decision-making skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Ability to build systems and scale operations
Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
Hands-on and execution-focused
Strong ownership mindset (can run the business independently)
Experience in B2B business operations is a plus
Ability to work in a fast-growing company environment
