We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented professional to lead our After Sales business and drive operational excellence.
Position Overview
The General Manager – After Sales will be responsible for the overall performance, profitability, customer satisfaction, and growth of the dealership's after-sales operations, including Service, Spare Parts, Body & Paint, Warranty, and Customer Relations.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Drive revenue and profitability across Service, Spare Parts, Body Shop, and Value-Added Services.
✅ Lead workshop operations to achieve high productivity, efficiency, and quality standards.
✅ Improve Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) and customer retention.
✅ Ensure compliance with Tata Motors processes, warranty norms, and dealership standards.
✅ Manage inventory and profitability of spare parts operations.
✅ Develop and mentor Service Managers, Parts Managers, CRM teams, and workshop staff.
✅ Strengthen fleet and institutional customer relationships.
✅ Monitor key business metrics including workshop loading, labor sales, spare parts turnover, service absorption, and profitability.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Diploma/Graduate in Mechanical / Automobile Engineering (MBA preferred).
- 12+ years of experience in automotive dealership after-sales operations.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a leadership role.
- Strong understanding of workshop management, spare parts operations, warranty processes, CRM, and business planning.
- Proven track record of driving profitability and customer satisfaction.
- Experience with Tata Motors or other leading automotive OEM dealerships will be preferred.
