Role Description Only Chartered accountant in India(ICAI) can apply. This is a full-time, on-site General Manager Administration role based in Neemrana. The General Manager Administration will oversee general and office administration, including the implementation and monitoring of policies, procedures, and systems that ensure smooth daily operations. This role is responsible for facility management activities, such as maintenance coordination, vendor management, safety and security oversight, and ensuring a compliant and efficient workplace environment. The position also includes management of administrative finance and budgeting functions, including planning, cost control, and reporting related to administrative and facility expenses. The General Manager Administration will collaborate closely with senior management and cross-functional teams, lead and develop the administration staff, and drive continuous improvements in administrative processes and cost efficiency.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in General Administration and Office Administration, with experience overseeing day-to-day office operations and administrative policies.
- Proficiency in Facility Management (FM), including maintenance planning, vendor and contract management, and workplace safety and compliance.
- Applied knowledge of Finance and Budgeting related to administrative and facility functions, including cost estimation, expense tracking, and reporting.
- Demonstrated leadership, team management, and stakeholder communication abilities, with a focus on coordination across departments.
- Ability to work on-site in Neemrana, with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and capability to manage multiple priorities.
- Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment is beneficial, along with familiarity with ISO or similar standards and statutory compliance.
