The Profile
- Network & Experience: 15β20 years of senior leadership experience, specifically within B2G/B2B sales.
- Industry Focus: Proven track record in Defence, PSUs, Oil & Gas, or Infrastructure.
- Technical Roots: Background in Engineering (Mechanical/Electronics/Instrumentation).
- The "Tender" Expert: Deep mastery of GeM, RFPs, and Public Procurement processes
Key Responsibilities
- Scale the Mission: Lead and scale regional or national sales teams across the Energy and Defence sectors.
- Strategic Closures: Drive revenue through capital equipment sales and technology solutions.
- Pipeline Discipline: Maintain rigorous, data-driven CRM and pipeline management.
