Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a General Manager – Sales, based in Pune City. The General Manager will lead and manage the sales operations, including driving revenue growth, formulating strategic sales plans, and building strong relationships with clients. The role involves managing and mentoring the sales team, ensuring customer satisfaction, resolving client issues, and achieving organizational sales objectives. Responsibilities also include monitoring market trends, ensuring effective resource allocation, and collaborating with other departments to enhance service delivery.

  • Proven expertise in General Management and Team Management to effectively lead and motivate a sales team.
  • Strong skills in Sales and Customer Service to drive targets, nurture client relationships, and address client needs efficiently.
  • Commitment to maintaining high levels of Customer Satisfaction through solution-oriented and client-centric approaches.
  • Ability to analyze market opportunities and provide strategic insights to meet business goals.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in managing operations at a senior level, preferably in the security services or related industry, is an advantage.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
