General Manager – R&D & Engineering
Looking for a seasoned engineering leader (20+ years of experience) to lead the R&D & Engineering function, driving innovation in motor design, new product development and product lifecycle management, while managing a team of 15–18 engineers.
Preferred Background: Electric motors, power transmission, pumps, compressors, or similar engineered products
Qualification: BE/BTech/MTech – Electrical Engineering preferred
