The Mandate
Reporting directly to the CEO, you will be the final authority on the integrity of our processes. This is a high-visibility role designed for a "builder" who can refine a world-class QSM ecosystem.
- Pioneering Standards: Elevate our existing high-complexity molecular and cellular platforms and the emerging cancer biologics to meet the most stringent global standards.
- Systems Architecture: Proactively overhaul and modernize QSM tools to ensure 24/7 audit-readiness in a high-velocity biotechnology environment.
- Value-Led Governance: Instill a culture where data integrity and patient safety are non-negotiable, acting as the moral compass of the facility.
The Profile: The "Gold-Standard" Candidate
- Experience Profile: Senior leader with 15+ years of progressive experience in Quality and Regulatory functions.
- Academic Foundation: Post-graduate or Doctorate in Life Sciences/Pharmacy.
- The "Specialist" Edge: Preferred certifications include, such as:
- ASQ Certified Quality Manager (CQM/OE) or Certified Quality Auditor (CQA).
- Six Sigma Black Belt (for process optimization in cellular diagnostics/cancer biologics).
- Advanced GMP/GLP Certification from internationally recognized bodies (e.g., PDA or ISPE).
- Experience: Minimum 15 years, with a proven track record.
