🚨 **We're Hiring | General Manager – Operations & Business**
We are hiring for our client for a **General Manager – Operations & Business** role.
📍 **Location:** New Delhi
💼 **Experience:** 8–15 Years
💰 **CTC:** Up to ₹15 LPA
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Lead day-to-day business and office operations
* Manage cross-functional teams
* Drive business growth and operational excellence
* Coordinate corporate events and industry engagements
* Liaise with government authorities for approvals and compliance
* Oversee social media and brand communication initiatives
* Build and maintain relationships within the **building construction industry**
* Willingness to travel as per business requirements
**Preferred Background:**
* Leadership experience in Operations, Business Management, or General Management
* Strong people management and stakeholder management skills
* Experience in administration, compliance, and government liaisoning
