Experience: 10-15 Years
Must Have
Candidate must have hands-on MEP design experience.
Experience in managing design teams, multiple projects, and design coordination with architects & civil teams.
Expertise in HVAC / Electrical / Mechanical with overall MEP coordination.
Experience in design software such as Dialux / Amtech / ETAP.
Must have worked on large commercial projects (Buildings, Villas, Educational Institutes, Shopping Malls).
Experience in international projects and knowledge of international codes.
Mechanical or Electrical Engineering degree is mandatory.
Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced General Manager - MEP Design to lead and manage the MEP design function for large-scale commercial and infrastructure projects. The role involves overseeing design teams, coordinating with architects and civil teams, and ensuring high-quality MEP design delivery as per project requirements and international standards.
Job Description / Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the MEP design team across multiple projects.
Ensure MEP design coordination with architects, civil teams, and other stakeholders.
Provide technical expertise in HVAC, Electrical, or Mechanical design and ensure overall MEP integration.
Manage design planning, quality control, and timely delivery of projects.
Guide teams in using design tools such as Dialux, Amtech, ETAP, and other relevant software.
Handle large-scale commercial and infrastructure projects including residential complexes, airports, metros, etc.
Ensure compliance with international design codes and standards.
Maintain strong leadership, communication, and team management across project teams.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering from a reputed university.
10-15 years of experience in MEP design and managing project design teams.
Proven experience handling complex and large-scale projects.
