Designation : General Manager – MEP Design
Experience : 10 - 15 years
Location : Gurgaon
We are looking for an experienced General Manager – MEP Design to lead large-scale commercial and infrastructure projects within MEP Design & Engineering Services.
🎯 Key Responsibilities:
• Lead end-to-end MEP design and engineering activities
• Manage multidisciplinary design teams and project execution
• Coordinate with architects, consultants & civil teams
• Ensure compliance with international standards and design quality
• Drive delivery of large-scale infrastructure and commercial projects
💼 Mandatory Skills:
• 10+ years of pure MEP Design & Engineering experience (No Site/Construction profiles)
• Minimum 5 years in senior leadership / GM capacity
• Strong experience managing design teams & multiple projects with architects & civil teams
• Expertise in HVAC / Electrical / Mechanical with overall MEP coordination
• Hands-on experience with design tools like Dialux, Amtech, ETAP, etc.
• Experience leading MEP design for mega projects such as Airports, Metro Rail, or Smart Hospitals
• Experience working on international projects & international codes/standards
• B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering mandatory
• Experience with Engineering Consultancy firms preferred
• Strong communication, leadership & stakeholder management skills
