We are looking for an experienced General Manager – Liaison & Legal to join our team in Jaipur. In this role, you will lead legal and regulatory activities related to land acquisition, approvals, registrations, and compliance while supporting business development and project expansion initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead land acquisition, title verification, and legal due diligence activities.
- Obtain development approvals, statutory clearances, and registrations.
- Draft, review, and negotiate Joint Development Agreements (JDAs), development agreements, MoUs, and other transaction documents.
- Support land sourcing, deal structuring, and strategic partnership initiatives.
- Liaise with government authorities, regulatory bodies, landowners, and other stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with applicable land laws, real estate regulations, and development norms.
- Coordinate with external legal counsel and manage legal disputes, litigation, and legal risk as required.
Requirements:
- LLB/LLM from a recognized university.
- 10–15 years of experience in the real estate, infrastructure, or property development sector.
- Strong expertise in land acquisition, regulatory approvals, registrations, and government liaison.
- Proven exposure to land transactions, legal documentation, and business development activities.
- Excellent negotiation, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
