Position Overview
Our client is seeking a General Manager – Finance to lead overall financial operations, including financial planning, MIS reporting, commercial control, and governance across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Finance Strategy & Management
· Lead end-to-end finance operations
· Drive financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting
· Monitor profitability and cost optimization
· Manage cash flow and working capital
· Ensure timely financial reporting
MIS & Business Support
· Develop MIS dashboards and reports
· Perform variance and financial analysis
· Support pricing and cost modeling
· Track key financial metrics and KPIs
SLA & Commercial Control
· Review and evaluate SLAs
· Ensure accurate billing and revenue tracking
· Monitor revenue leakages and cost controls
· Validate contract terms and pricing
Fund & Banking Management
· Manage banking relationships and credit facilities
· Oversee treasury and fund flow management
· Negotiate with banks for better terms
· Ensure timely payments and compliance
Team Leadership & Process Improvement
· Lead and manage finance team
· Drive automation in finance processes
· Improve ERP utilization and controls
· Coordinate with cross-functional teams
Governance & Reporting
· Present financial reports to management
· Support strategic decision-making
· Identify risks and cost overruns
· Support expansion planning and feasibility
Required Qualifications
· M.Com / MBA (Finance) / CA / CMA
· 10–15 years of relevant experience
· Strong knowledge of finance, MIS, and commercial control
· Experience in logistics / supply chain preferred
· Strong analytical and decision-making skills
· Leadership and team management experience
· Good communication and stakeholder management skills
