About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic professional to lead Corporate Relations. The role involves building strong industry connections, driving placements, internships, and corporate engagement initiatives for the institute.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate partners and industry leaders
- Facilitate student placements, internships, and live projects
- Identify and onboard new recruiters and corporate associations
- Organize campus recruitment drives, guest lectures, and industry interactions
- Collaborate with academic and marketing teams for corporate engagement activities
- Track placement data and prepare reports for management
- Represent the institute at corporate events, seminars, and networking forums
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Management or related field
- 8–12 years of experience in corporate relations, placements, or industry engagement
- Strong corporate network and industry connections
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record in placements and corporate tie-ups
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the education sector or B-school environment
- Leadership experience in handling placement or corporate teams
