Suryabala JCB is seeking a highly experienced and dynamic General Manager – Backhoe Loader Division to lead sales, operations, and business growth in the Coimbatore region. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, extensive industry knowledge, and proven experience in construction equipment or heavy machinery sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage Backhoe Loader sales operations
- Develop strategic business growth plans
- Drive dealership performance and revenue targets
- Manage customer relationships and ensure satisfaction
- Oversee team leadership, recruitment, and performance
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities
- Coordinate with service and support teams for operational excellence
- Ensure achievement of monthly and annual sales goals
Candidate Requirements:
- 15–20 years of relevant experience in construction equipment, heavy machinery, or automobile dealership management
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Proven track record in sales and business development
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Deep understanding of JCB or similar equipment markets
- MBA / Business Management background preferred
