General Manager – Accounts & Finance (Chartered Accountant)

Are you a dynamic Chartered Accountant with strong leadership skills and a passion for driving financial excellence? We are seeking a seasoned finance professional to join our leadership team and lead core finance, compliance, and strategic financial initiatives.
What you will do:
Financial Leadership: Lead and manage the Accounts, Finance, and Audit functions, ensuring strong financial governance and operational discipline.
Planning and Control: Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and cost management to support effective decision-making and business performance.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with statutory, taxation, and regulatory requirements, including Income Tax, GST, and Professional Tax.
Trade and Banking Oversight: Handle export-import business transactions, banking operations, and compliance with FEMA and RBI guidelines.
External Representation: Represent the company before taxation authorities, regulatory bodies, and external agencies.
Strategic Finance Support: Support capital raising initiatives, debt and equity financing, and pre-IPO / IPO-related work.
Business Partnership: Provide strategic financial insights to support business decisions and organizational growth.
Team Leadership: Mentor and develop a high-performing finance team.
What we are looking for:
Professional Qualification: Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with proven leadership experience.
Functional Expertise: Strong expertise in financial reporting, audits, compliance, and financial strategy.
Domain Knowledge: Hands-on experience in export-import transactions and relevant regulatory frameworks.
Capital Markets Exposure: Knowledge of capital markets, financing structures, and IPO processes.
