Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site General Insurance Executive role located in Vapi. The primary responsibilities include assessing insurance needs, advising clients on suitable insurance plans, processing policy applications, and ensuring seamless client interactions. The Executive will also manage renewals, address customer queries, and assist in claim processes while staying updated on insurance trends and regulatory changes.
Qualifications
- Familiarity with General Insurance policies, processes, and regulations
- Strong customer service and client relationship management skills
- Effective communication, listening, and negotiation capabilities
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Proficiency in using computer systems and financial planning tools
- Experience in financial advisory services is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
