Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Faridabad for a General Duty Assistant. The selected candidate will be responsible for providing patient care, assisting healthcare professionals, supporting patient mobility, monitoring vital signs, and ensuring patient comfort. Additional responsibilities include maintaining cleanliness in patient areas, assisting with patient meals, and supporting medical staff with tasks as required.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in providing basic patient care and mobility assistance
- Ability to monitor and record vital signs accurately
- Knowledge of hygiene practices and infection control measures
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact with patients and medical teams
- Experience in handling medical equipment and assisting healthcare professionals is preferable
- Detail-oriented with the ability to follow instructions and manage multiple responsibilities
- Physical capability to perform tasks that may involve standing, bending, and lifting
- Completion of a General Duty Assistant (GDA) training program or certification is an advantage
