🚀 Hiring: General Counsellor (Senior Leadership)

In this role, you will architect the university’s master enrollment strategy, optimize high-volume sales funnels, and lead a large, fast-paced team of admission counsellors and tele-callers to smash institutional goals.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Enrollment Architecture: Design, execute, and own the university's end-to-end domestic and international admission strategies across all disciplines.
- Team Leadership & Scale: Build, mentor, and drive a high-performing team of admission managers, team leaders, and counsellors managing 200+ daily outbound calls per agent.
- Funnel Optimization: Maximize conversion metrics from initial lead generation to final fee collection by identifying bottlenecks in the counseling pipeline.
- Data & CRM Governance: Implement advanced CRM workflows and analytics dashboards to monitor daily calling volumes, follow-up efficiency, and conversion metrics.
- Target Accountability: Take complete ownership of daily, weekly, and seasonal enrollment targets, reporting revenue and admission progress directly to the board.
- Brand & Portfolio Alignment: Collaborate with corporate marketing teams to align digital lead generation with on-the-ground counselling strategies.
💼 Eligibility Criteria
- Education: Post Graduate / MBA in Marketing, Business Administration, or related disciplines from a reputed institution.
- Experience: 12–15+ years of progressive sales/admissions experience, with at least 5+ years heading large-scale admission operations in the higher education or EdTech sector.
- Core Competencies: Proven expertise in managing high-volume outbound calling engines, deep understanding of educational CRM tools (e.g., ExtraaEdge, NoPaperForms), and aggressive target achievement.
- Leadership Style: Data-driven, highly sales-oriented, with an exceptional ability to motivate large teams under tight deadlines.
