About the Role
We are looking for an experienced General Affairs Manager to oversee and optimize administrative operations at our manufacturing facility in India.
This role is essential in ensuring smooth daily operations, supporting employee services, and maintaining a well-structured and efficient working environment in a fast-growing factory setting.
We welcome candidates who are comfortable working in a multicultural environment and are motivated to take on a hands-on leadership role in an overseas manufacturing operation.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead and manage all administration and general affairs functions within the factory
• Oversee employee services, including accommodation, catering, transportation, and workplace facilities
• Manage dormitory operations and ensure a safe, clean, and organized living environment for employees
• Coordinate vendor management, procurement, and cost control for administrative services
• Ensure proper facility management (offices, dormitories, canteens, utilities, etc.)
• Handle local administrative compliance and liaise with external vendors and authorities
• Develop and implement administrative policies, procedures, and improvement initiatives
• Support internal coordination across departments and assist with operational needs
• Handle emergency situations and provide solutions in a timely and effective manner

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related fields
• At least 3 years of experience in administration, general affairs, or facility management
• Experience in manufacturing environments is highly preferred
• Hands-on experience in areas such as dormitory management, catering services, transportation, or procurement
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
• Good command of English (additional local language skills such as Tamil are a plus)
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities in a dynamic environment
• High adaptability and willingness to work in a factory-based setting in India
