Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Recruiter to join our team in Pune. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, experience in end-to-end recruitment, and the ability to build strong relationships with internal delivery teams and candidates.
This role requires close coordination with the delivery team to understand hiring requirements, drive recruitment activities, grow business opportunities through quality hiring, and ensure a smooth interview process for candidates.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for various technical recruitments.
- Coordinate with the delivery team to understand hiring needs and priorities.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal stakeholders and hiring managers.
- Source, screen, and shortlist suitable candidates through different job portals and networking channels.
- Schedule interview slots and coordinate interviews between candidates and panel members.
- Follow up with candidates regarding interview updates, feedback, and documentation.
- Ensure smooth coordination throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and hiring reports.
- Contribute towards business growth by ensuring timely and quality closures.
- Manage candidate engagement and provide a positive recruitment experience.

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- Prior experience in recruitment or HR operations is preferred.
- Experience working with delivery teams and handling client requirements will be an added advantage.
