Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Korean National and multi-functional General Administration Specialist to manage Accounting/Tax, HR, General Affairs, and Secretarial responsibilities. The role requires strong expertise in financial operations, HR management, and administrative coordination to ensure smooth day-to-day business operations and compliance with statutory and corporate requirements.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Manage Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) accurately and in a timely manner
- Perform bookkeeping activities in accounting systems (e.g., SAP) and maintain proper financial records
- Handle banking transactions, including payments, deposits, and employee reimbursements
- Monitor and forecast cash flow to ensure effective financial management
- Prepare financial statements including Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss, and Cash Flow statements
- Conduct budget planning, cost analysis, and variance reporting
- Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, and government authorities
- Support statutory compliance and filings such as GST, TDS, and Income Tax
- Ensure accurate payroll processing and compliance with financial regulations
- Provide administrative support for Board Meetings and shareholder documentation
- Manage end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding
- Handle payroll, compensation, benefits, attendance, and leave management
- Maintain employee records, documentation, and insurance details
- Support performance management, appraisal processes, and training programs
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal HR policies
- Provide administrative and office management support
- Manage office supplies, IT assets, and maintain proper documentation systems
- Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and internal events
- Maintain employee database and office records
- Ensure workplace safety measures and coordinate safety training
- Manage visitor handling, security protocols, and access control
- Support visits and coordination for Head Office (HQ) representatives
- Manage Branch Manager’s calendar, meetings, and appointments
- Provide secretarial and administrative support including communication and coordination
- Handle ad-hoc tasks and assignments as required by management
Mandatory Requirements:
- Korean Nationality is mandatory
- Strong knowledge of accounting processes, taxation (GST, TDS), and financial reporting
- Experience in HR operations and general administration
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and documentation tools
- Good analytical, problem-solving, and coordination skills
- Strong Korean and English communication skills (to coordinate with HQ and local teams)
- Ability to handle multi-functional roles independently
- Positive attitude, efficiency, and strong teamwork skills
