Product Owner, Patient Portal

We're seeking a detail-driven and user-obsessed Product Owner to lead day-to-day product development for the GeneDx patient portal. This is the primary digital hub through which patients track test status, complete key tasks, access results, and engage with support resources. You'll manage the product backlog for portal features, partner with Product Design and Engineering, and represent the voice of the patient. You will be responsible for ensuring user experiences and communications are clear, secure, intuitive, and frictionless, while meeting critical operational, clinical, and regulatory requirements.
