Genea is seeking a motivated and strategic Security Account Manager to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be the primary touchpoint for our valued customers, ensuring they receive unparalleled service and support. You will focus on driving expansion and upsell opportunities for our Genea Security product, helping clients maximize the value of their security investments through our cutting-edge solutions. As an Account Manager, you will collaborate closely with sales, operations, product, and marketing teams to identify new ways to serve our customers' evolving needs. Your consultative sales approach and deep understanding of Genea's offerings will allow you to identify additional use cases and applications for our security solutions, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor and driving sustained revenue growth. Duties and Responsibilities: Serve as the primary point of contact for Genea Security customers, building strong, trust-based relationships to foster loyalty and satisfaction. Proactively identify and pursue expansion and upsell opportunities within existing accounts to expand Genea's footprint and maximize customer value. Understand each client's unique needs, security goals, and challenges, tailoring Genea's security solutions to meet those needs effectively. Stay current on Genea Security's product offerings, updates, and industry trends, positioning our solutions effectively against competitors. Partner with sales, product development, and marketing teams to develop account-specific strategies that support expansion and revenue growth. Track and report on sales activities, forecasting accurately, and maintaining visibility into growth opportunities across your assigned accounts. Assist with the renewal process by highlighting Genea's value, addressing concerns, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Act as an escalation point for more complex renewals, working to resolve issues and ensure a seamless renewal experience.
