Job Title: Gender Content Writer (Work From Home)
Type: Full-time | Remote
Renumeration: ₹30,000/month
About the Role
We’re looking for a Gender Content Writer who understands gender deeply across theory,
law, and lived realities and can turn that into clear, sharp, and usable content.
Key Responsibilities
● Develop training modules, facilitation plans, and toolkits on gender
● Create microlearning content (30-second scripts, scenarios, explainers)
● Translate laws and policies into simple, practical content
● Write programme reports, donor reports, and case studies
● Support training design with activities, guides, and exercises
● Contribute to blogs, campaigns, and feminist narratives
Who We’re Looking For
● 2–3 years of experience in NGOs / feminist writing/gender work
● Strong understanding of gender, GBV, and feminist frameworks
● Experience in training content development and report writing
● Ability to simplify complex ideas without losing nuance
● Excellent written English
Selection Process
● Round 1: Written assignment
● Round 2: Interview

● The role requires consistency, responsiveness, and the ability to work independently in a remote setup.
This is a full-time role requiring exclusive engagement with Sakshi. Candidates must not be engaged in any concurrent employment (moonlighting).
