Job Title :Tech Lead / Full stack with GenAI (Python)
Job Summary
The Tech Lead leads the delivery of full‑stack web applications and AI‑enabled solutions, with Python as the primary backend technology and React/Angular on the frontend. This role blends hands‑on technical leadership with people and delivery management, working closely with product owners, architects, and business stakeholders to deliver secure, scalable solutions on Azure.
Key Responsibilities
Full‑Stack Engineering Lead architecture, design, and delivery of end‑to‑end applications across frontend, backend, data, and integrations.
Develop backend services using Python (PyTorch, scikit-learn, PySpark libraries, LangChain , Fast API ) including RESTful and event‑driven APIs.
Build modern, reusable UI components using React and/or Angular with JavaScript/TypeScript.
Integrate applications with relational and non‑relational databases and third‑party services.
Design and operate solutions on Azure (App Services, Functions, Azure SQL, Storage, DevOps).
Embed AI/ML and GenAI capabilities into applications to drive business value.
Technical Leadership & People Management
Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and coaching to full‑stack engineering teams.
Set technical standards and conduct architecture, design, and code reviews.
Plan work, manage priorities, and ensure predictable, high‑quality delivery.
Build a culture of engineering excellence, learning, and continuous improvement.
Stakeholder & Delivery Management
Translate business requirements into scalable technical designs and roadmaps.
Own end‑to‑end delivery across the SDLC using agile and DevOps practices.
Manage risks, dependencies, and delivery outcomes in partnership with stakeholders.
Quality, Security & Operations
Ensure solutions meet enterprise standards for performance, security, and maintainability.
Drive CI/CD, automated testing, monitoring, and production readiness.
Oversee production support and continuous improvement activities.
Experience
10–12+ years of software engineering experience with strong full‑stack delivery background.
Deep expertise in Python backend development for enterprise applications.
Proven experience leading teams and delivering complex, scalable solutions.
Practical experience applying AI/ML or GenAI in software products.
Technical Skills
Python (PyTorch , LangChain , Fast API)
React and/or Angular, JavaScript/TypeScript
REST APIs, microservices, integration patterns
Azure cloud services and DevOps practices
SQL databases and ORM frameworks (NoSQL exposure is a plus)
CI/CD, automated testing, and modern engineering practices
