Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru South for a GenAI Engineer. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying generative AI models to solve real-world problems. Day-to-day responsibilities include researching advancements in AI, creating efficient algorithms, integrating AI systems into existing platforms, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve product objectives. You will ensure the scalability, performance, and usability of AI-powered solutions.

Qualifications
- Experience with Machine Learning and Deep Learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras
- Hands-on experience with Python and Django (Must)
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java, especially for ML/AI tasks
- Ability to design and optimize generative AI models (e.g., GPT, Transformer-based architectures)
- Hands-on experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP) tasks, text generation, or computer vision methods
- Knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud for deploying AI models
- Strong research and problem-solving skills to stay updated with AI advancements
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills to collaborate with product managers, designers, and stakeholders
- Bachelor's or advanced degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related disciplines
- Experience in startups or fast-paced environments is a plu
