Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a GenAI Engineer, based in Bengaluru South. The GenAI Engineer will design, develop, and deploy AI-based models, systems, and tools with a focus on Generative AI. Responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams, training and fine-tuning language models, optimizing performance, and integrating AI solutions into existing systems. The role also involves staying updated on advancements in AI and contributing to new and innovative use cases.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Artificial Intelligence
- Hands-on experience in developing, fine-tuning, and deploying Generative AI models
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, TensorFlow, and PyTorch
- Knowledge of Natural Language Processing (NLP) and large language models like GPT or similar
- Experience with Cloud Platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and container orchestration tools like Kubernetes or Docker
- Ability to analyze datasets and design algorithms to solve complex problems
- Strong understanding of the AI and ML lifecycle, including data preprocessing and deployment to production
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams
- A Master’s or Ph.D. in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Data Science, or Artificial Intelligence is preferred
- Previous experience in AI applications for business domains such as healthcare, finance, or retail is an advantage
