About the Role
Minting Minds is looking for a passionate Gen AI Engineer to build production-grade AI applications using the latest LLM technologies. You'll work on enterprise AI solutions, RAG pipelines, AI agents, document intelligence, and multimodal AI systems.
Responsibilities
- Build production-ready RAG and LLM applications.
- Develop AI agents using LangChain, LangGraph, and MCP.
- Work with vector databases, embeddings, and semantic search.
- Integrate Azure AI services and LLM APIs.
- Build scalable backend APIs using Python (FastAPI/Django).
- Optimize AI systems for performance, accuracy, and cost.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience building GenAI/LLM applications.
- Strong Python skills.
- Hands-on experience with LangChain, LangGraph, RAG, and vector databases (Pinecone, FAISS, ChromaDB, or Qdrant).
- Experience with Azure AI or similar cloud AI platforms.
- Knowledge of SQL (PostgreSQL/SQL Server), REST APIs, and prompt engineering.
- Experience with Vision LLMs, OCR, or document intelligence is a plus.
